We specialise solely in Haybuster tub grinders as we believe they’re the best machine on the market after running them for 10 years.
We can supply new machines (H1000, 1030 & 1130) with full warranty and CE certification. In addition to this we pride ourselves in offering a cost effective solution for someone with a lesser budget. We constantly have pre owned machines going through our workshop which under go a vigorous reconditioning process. Each refurbished machine is stripped down to the last nut and bolt. Re-assembly involves a lot of new genuine parts and thorough inspection and testing of any parts that are re-used. As part of the process the mill is removed and balanced. Metal work is sent to an outside company for shot blasting and powder coating. All reconditioned tub grinders come with a full 6 month warranty.

High capacity grinder set up specially for the large scale contractor or big dairy unit.
Tilting tub allowing easy access for screen changes. Lots of TGS mods done to this one making it ready for high speed roadwork. Double sprung axle on 435/50 19.5 wheels and air brakes on its own chassis. Grinder mounted via 6 rubber mounts for additional improved ride. Folding access platform making screen changing a lot easier.

2016 haybuster h1000 tub grinder
A hire machine that has done very little work. Comes with all the TGS modifications:
Hydraulic conveyor drive
- Sprung drawbar
- Walterschied PTO
- HD brakes axle on 435/50 19.5 wheels
- Sprung axle
This unit has been upgraded with a discharge conveyor under the mill for increased output and handling of wet material. Also fitted with a ‘wide-boy’ conveyor at the rear to compliment its appetite!
Comes with four new screens of your choice. Full CE certification.

2019 Haybuster H1130 tub grinder
This unit has just come in and is an excellent saving against a new one. Estimated 15 hours use doing grain only!
Tilting tub for ease of maintenance and screen changing. Standard mill grate and geyser plate configuration. 1-3/4 20 spline PTO. Front conveyor bracing just fitted and tub flares cut back to reduce transport width.
It comes in the standard form at present, but we can offer the following options:
- High speed chassis for improved transport
- Tough hay / haylage mill grate kit
- TGS Grainbuster Rotoflow grain hopper
- Haybuster standard grain attachment

We carry all screen sizes in stock for Haybuster and also the red and yellow machines!!

Feeding Straw
Feeding straw to dry dairy cows has become a popular strategy to decrease dietary energy content and increase the bulk fill of the ration.
Poultry Bedding
A blend of wheat straw and either rape straw or miscanthus give us a unique product with excellent absorbency characteristics and a bed that retains good structure that eliminates any capping.
Deliver & Shred Service
If you’re looking for a cheaper option to buy bedding and have the room and capability on site we can deliver bales in and then tub grind on site into your bunker / store.
